SIMPLETEC 40T Quench Press is designed for gears, bearing races, etc. The outer ring pressing force is 30T and the central pressing force for plug (or expansion) is 10T. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely as required. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic. Machine with single ram or up to four rams are offered. Machine can be equipped with Computerized Data-acquisition System to record pressing force, oil flow, cycle time, oil temperature, etc. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading and un-loading of components, Secondary Quench System and quench oil Chilling Unit can also be provided.
